Arc Collective

Good businesses, capped by how much their people can get through in a day.

Arc builds and runs AI operating layers inside traditional businesses — customer service, orders, purchasing, invoicing, the phones — so they sell more, serve each order for less, and turn a day's work into an hour.

The next great companies won't be built from scratch; they'll be the ones that already work, rebuilt around AI, and we intend to run them.

What we do

We don't hand over a tool. We take the job on and run it.

Industries look different from the outside. Underneath, they run on the same handful of jobs — and each one is taken on whole, in whatever order matters most to the business.

01

Customer service & email

Every inbound message read, understood and answered — real prices, real stock, real dates pulled from the company's own systems, in the customer's own language. Anything needing a person reaches the right person immediately, already researched.

02

Orders & the system of record

Whatever arrives as an attachment or an email — an order, a job request, a booking — read and entered directly into the system of record, matched line by line against the right codes and agreed terms, with confirmation sent back.

03

Supply & purchasing

Consumption, open orders and true supplier lead times watched across every location. What is about to run short is flagged before it does, and purchase orders are drafted to the right suppliers.

04

Invoicing & cash

Supplier invoices matched against the purchase order and the goods receipt, with only genuine discrepancies reaching a person. Every open receivable tracked and followed up on schedule.

05

Front line, phone & field

Calls answered and summarised for the right person. Staff at a counter or out on site photograph something and are told what it is and what goes with it. Workload forecast by location.

06

Grounding & learning

Everything answered from the company's own catalogue, pricing, history and way of doing things — never invented. Every correction the team makes goes straight back in, so it is better at that business each month than the month before.

Where this fits

Good business, old systems, work being done by hand that does not need to be.

Healthy business

Profitable, repeat customers, real demand. We fix old systems; we cannot fix a bad business.

A reachable decision-maker

An owner, a chief executive, a managing director — rather than a committee.

Work in the inbox

A meaningful part of the day happens in a shared mailbox, on the phone, or in a spreadsheet.

Capacity-constrained

People saying "we could sell more if we could keep up". The one that matters most.

Industry is not the filter — distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, insurance, professional services, construction, property. The only real test is whether AI can move that company's economics: more sold, sold faster, at a better cost to serve.
